Friday, April 9, 2010 - Sabon Prestige/Secret Vertical (Restaurant AOC): A bit of a funky nose with nail polish, raisins and aged meat. There is also a little VA sticking out but nothing seems to be wrong with the wine.
The palate is simply amazing. Sweet dark plums, varnish, acetone and an extremely long aftertaste.
Very powerful palate that just have a great complexity and is continuing to grow as time goes by.
A simply superior balance and overall just a hugely impressive wine.
