Saturday, August 18, 2007 - Exploring Chateauneuf-du-Pape @ Peter Z. (Belgium): Some sulphur, but otherwise soft and supple. Notes of black and red fruit, earth. Difficult to unravel. Again very soft and easy, lacking vigour/bite. Reasses in 2 years? 16.5/20
