Friday, June 22, 2012 - Different impression than my previous bottle. This time the wine was popped and left to breathe for around 3 hours before consuming. The wine showed more sulphur and funk on the nose this time around and less sweetness on the palate. The acid still showed the same though and it was ripping with lots of mineral and stone fruit and some petrol notes. Will save my remaining bottle for a few more years before revisiting.
