Saturday, February 16, 2013 - Showing its very best sides tonight with a nose full of creamy baked apples, minerals and light buttered toast. The palate reveals pleasant integration of mousse, acidity and fruit. The balanced palate adds to lovely structure in the wine. Overall impression is that of a fully mature effort, which need a rather powerful dish to show its true potential. This super cuvée lacks all the "flabiness" unfortunately found inte the basic cuvée from this producer.
