It was about 17 degrees when we had the first taste. To start with it was quite disappointing and thin. Absolutely not a fullbodiet wine. We cooled it down to 14-15 degrees and it gradually changed and a lot of very nice flavours occoured. The last drops were wonderfull. It is a very drinkable and light wine with very few and balanced tannins. It will drink well the next 5 years.
