Wednesday, June 26, 2013 - My bottle. Screaming nose of minerals and lime, cool slate. Airy and crystalline. Unfortunately, to me, the palate isn't as good - somewhat fuzzy and unfocused. Good flavor profile of lime, slate. Cool and crisp. Nose - 5.5/6, Palate - 4/6, Finish - 4/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 14.5/20.
