Sunday, July 7, 2013 - The rating is based on potential since this wine is extremely tight and backwards. Very faint aroma. Strong acidity is buffered by the hidden fruit but it is very austere right now. Tastes more like a Chablis, but that's no criticism. Based on a recent tasting of the 1990 version, I think this could be splendid if it doesn't oxidize.
