Sunday, October 13, 2013 - Aiolos Wine Fair (Atheneum Intercontinental Hotel, Athens, Greece.): At this stage this is more expressive and enjoyable than the Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatieres. Light to medium lemon yellow. A lovely combination of roasted almonds with citrus fruit and mineral scents on the nose. Medium-bodied and elegant with freshness and high acidity. Satisfying aftertaste. Elegant and extremely food-friendly.
