Aiolos Tasting (Intercontinental Hotel): Clean nose of med/med+ intensity, oak derived aromas with chestnut and walnut, yeast notes, vanilla scented fruit, youthful Dry, medium body, intensity alcohol and acidity, lemon and lime, citrus and tropical flavors , nicely structured and balanced, mid+ finish. Very qood quality, already enjoyable but can age as well.

Aiolos Wine Fair (Atheneum Intercontinental Hotel, Athens, Greece.): At this stage this is more expressive and enjoyable than the Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatieres. Light to medium lemon yellow. A lovely combination of roasted almonds with citrus fruit and mineral scents on the nose. Medium-bodied and elegant with freshness and high acidity. Satisfying aftertaste. Elegant and extremely food-friendly.
