Thursday, October 24, 2013 - Decanted 3.5 hours before serving. Surprisingly drinkable at this early stage. Nice tea, sour cherry and leather notes on the nose. Plenty of stuffing for further aging but worked nicely with tagliatelle with truffles. No regrets in popping this one now.
