Wednesday, January 29, 2014 - Pakse Hotel, Pakse, Laos.
In Lao style very cold when brought to the table. As it warmed up the concentrated hedge fruit aroma emerged and carried forward to the flavour. Soft, juicy and dense but drinking well now and perhaps for 2 more years.
