Saturday, March 1, 2014 - Tasted when first opened and it was beautiful. Let stand for 6 hours and brought to Italian restaurant. I don't think this needed 6+ hours of airing as it lost some zing. Still an amazing young wine with beautiful fruit with a nice balance of acidity and fine tannins. Next time open 1-2 hours before max. Bottle 4 of 12.
