Sunday, April 6, 2014 - Very light, brilliant Golden Yellow.
A bit of sulphue when opened, then Intense, medium complex and fine at nose. Mainly fruity: banana and pears. Mineral.
Off dry, medium alcohol (9%) and rounded.
Good acidity and minerality. Intense, persistent and very fine.
Well balanced, also if the sugar is predominant at this stage.
Will get much better with time. AP #13
