Saturday, October 18, 2014 - Stunning champagne. Cork date disgorged 09/13. What a beauty - great concentration of lemon zest on the palate, really explodes in the mouth. Gosh, this must be one of THE best champagnes in terms of value selling at €28 directly at Vilmart. I picked these up last month, not sure anymore if I bought 12 or 18, I hope the latter. This drinks very well now, and I am very positive that it will only improve with age. This is on top form and I am of the firm believe that it rivals if not surpasses a Krug NV or LP Grand Siecle making it one of the best NV champagnes. If you love champagne, don't miss this.
