Friday, January 23, 2015 - Notes of lime, minerality, but also a vegetal note that was interesting, as well as some smoke. It’s medium-full bodied with medium-high acidity adding freshness. There is a lot of tension here. Very good length. It’s fuller in body than the Pierre Peters Chetillons 2002 tasted next to it, but it still tastes very precise.
