Delicioso y apetecible. Como sí ya hubiese madurado. Aromas a rosas secas. También a cerezas agrias. Mineral y arenoso. En boca ligeramente tánico pero con notas a pastelería. Sin mucha longitud no obstante.

10/16/2015 7:31:00 AM - Acuérdome...pero como ya nos indicó el Maestro, no siempre hay una correlación. Por ejemplo, el último, el Schiavenza era de botti como el mismo te dijo y la caoba, aún elegante, era muy evidente, al menos de mi botella, en mi copa.
Tampoco sabemos si el botti es justo de madera más nueva...hay mil factores, el tiempo en el fudre, la maceración, el tostado, etc etc...para que aburrirte con cosas que ya sabes.
A mi modesto entender la madera no prevalecía en este Ratti, pero para gustos....
