Wednesday, March 16, 2016 - Very rustic and a great pairing with smoked bone in prime rib. Lots of dusty cherries, balsamic, tomato paste, fennel, cured wood. Still plenty of tannins to reslove but nice cherry fruit, a touch of VA but as a condiment and good acids. A wonderful food wine.
