Friday, April 22, 2016 - Pnp to drink with homemade lasagna. This is holding pretty well. A dark plum color with slight orange bricking. Faint aromas of dried herbs, and subtle floral notes. On the palate the tannins are polished, and are well integrated without dryness. This has vibrant acidity to cleanse the palate and fill out a finish consisting of dried herbs, orange peel, light smokiness, and black currant.

Solid now and should hold well until it hits 30.

Day 2 - remained polished though the wine was a bit dry.
