Saturday, June 4, 2016 - Lunch at Iggy's. Blinded and ordered off the list. Bright gold, obviously very young. Sulphur, wet grass, stone and straw on the nose, clean and lean. I went for Chablis. Lemon, lime and kiwi. This seemed rather austere. Seemed to have more acid than fruit on the palate. This will improve with time.
