Wednesday, January 1, 2014 - Full body, pale yellow color, aromatic, lemon and apples aroma, fresh lemon, peach, apples, and minerals on the palate, lemon and minerals on finish, extraordinary long finish, very fresh and powerful, balanced and complex, amazing combination of freshness and minerality, saturated and elegant, lovely acidity, food friendly, excellent Chablis. Well associated to see food (clams, shrimps …) and grilled fish. Serve 12º - 14º. At peak now, drink now and next four years.
