Wednesday, October 12, 2016 - Oh, boy! Full nose of lemony rubber - deep, solid, clean. Initial impression of texture that of hollow sphere of creamy coconut milk, sweet lemon flesh. Gradually less spherical, more a full mouth of wine - sweet lemon flesh, white peach, cocoanut, dark gritty minerals, subtle pulses of rubber. Terrific acid and body (esp for7.5 alc), with no thickness, and all the elements putting on a great show. Terrific.
