Saturday, November 19, 2016 - Champagne flights (@Sigh, Sonoma): Certainly a more restrained nose than the Taittinger. Very pretty floral, nose. Chalky on the palate, with very nice green orchard and stone fruits as well as an Asian fusion (spice, lemongrass, ginger) note. Very very good. Really enjoyed this. Our favorite of the flight. 90-92.
