Sunday, January 8, 2017 - ruby with a brickred rim, complex nose of bacon, smoke, tobacco, meat, flowers, black currants and cherries, minerals and spices. It shows outstanding concentration and depth, but without heaviness. This is a joy to drink today but will evolve for at least ten years in a cool cellar like vintages as 1994 or 1989.
