Tuesday, January 17, 2017 - (Disgorged in August of 2016) Youthful nose showing flowers, nuts and minerals but all of it is overshadowed by the notes of mature apples. Intense youthful palate with oxidative notes of apples and a fresh and long acidic lime juice finish. This is showing both youthful acidity and oxidative notes in combination with a fresh and fruity character. This later disgorgement feels very nice and I wonder how it compares to one of the earliest disgorgements I have from the middle of 2013... still this is drinking nicely and should mature nicely for years to come. Best 2018-2028.
