Sunday, October 15, 2017 - Aubert is by far the biggest style of pinot in my cellar. This bottle is atypical in that is was hard to identify as Pinot....but still delicious. The fruit is prominent. Smooth and delicious. Dried cherries predominate followed by a lingering finish. If offered a wine from Aubert, don't pass it up!!!!
