  had this many weeks ago - recall this being what i expected as i we had this after a Littorai Hirsch - bigger fruit, bolder, medium+ bodied, more hedonsitic and masculine but fun and enjoyable for what it is

  was in the mood for a big CA pinot and as usual, this lived up the billing. layers of sweet cranberry fruit with good acidity. terrific perfume. this is def not burgundian or lithe in style IMHO, but i enjoy it for what it is - very hedonistic, tons of polished fruit. def medium bodied and a great wine as long as you know thats the style of it.

  Double decanted for an hour, spicy raspberries, med. tannins & finish; outstanding, best bottle yet, ready to drink

  Splash double decanted for an hour, raspberries with spice, med. tannins & finish; delicious, drink or preferably hold. This was the 2nd bottle I opened & it was much better. There was obviously some bottle variation.
