Friday, October 20, 2017 - Burgundy Tasting (Restaurant Brunnenstube, Beinstein): Glass: Schott Zwiesel Burgundy / Riedel Vinum Burgundy
Decanted. Hard to rate as it is very young. Clear, medium ruby color. Cool, muted typical Burgundy nose. Lots of red fruit, very clean (no Brett), elegant, fine spices and very fine oak. Lots of pressure and tension. Long finish. Great wine that will get even better in 5-10+ years. 93-94 now.
