Saturday, May 19, 2018 - (Disgorged in 2009, 100% Chardonnay)
Yellow colour with a very pleasant nose showing minerals, honey and grass notes in a maturing way. Palate was showing lots of intensity with fresh herbal notes and a lovely honey smooth finish. This was better together with food, feeling more smooth and accessible. When trying after a long dinner this had really transformed and felt very accessible. So, in need of more cellar time to open up! (Probably best 2024-2034)
