Sunday, August 26, 2018 - Affordable Champagne for Summer; 8/1/2018-9/2/2018 (España - Spain): Drinking by the sea before dawn in Alicante. Very good memories before going to Manuel's place for churro with chocolate. Unfortunately it was closed from 25th to 28th. A living, thriving and truly intense champagne with a prevailing pinot noir note. Ideal to match food right now but leaving for another three years in the cellar can only benefit it. Excellent QPR. € 24. Dosage: 10 g / l Time to go bed.

Bebido antes de amanecer a la orilla del mar en Alicante. Buenos recuerdos antes de ir a por churros con chocolate a donde los elabora Manuel aunque estaba cerrado. Un champán vivo, pujante y verdaderamente intenso con prevalecía de la pinot noir. Ideal ahora mismo para comer pero dejarlo otros tres años en la bodega sólo le puede beneficiar. Excelente ratio calidad-precio. 24€. Azúcar: 10 g/l Hora de ir a la cama.
