Tuesday, September 11, 2018 - Consumed over two days. Fresh, youthful nose of green apple, peach, honey, slate. High acid on the palate, hiding the residual sugar, leaving a cheek-tingling finish. Unfortunately the palate is lacking body and concentration which is disappointing.
