Friday, September 14, 2018 - Slightly shy nose, dried rose, bright strawberry. Medium bodied, chalky persistent tannins, slightly diffuse red fruit notes, reasonable length. Preferred the 2009 to the 2012 - maybe this just needs some time. Tasted alongside Elio's 2016 Langhe Nebbiolo and Monchiero Rocche 2013.
