Tuesday, January 15, 2019 - One of the better versions of this I have drank. It had the orange with brown center color that is expected, but this had better juiciness than I sometimes get on this technique with nice mid-weight body and plenty of acidity to go along with the nuttiness that one associates with a Sercial Madeira - almost a umami element. Very good with a roasted squash based dish. A pleasant surprise, since I find these difficult to pair with food most times. I think it will hold for a few years, but "drink now" is floating in my mind at the moment.
