Thursday, February 7, 2019 - The first night opened this was somewhat closed. It improved after a couple of hours with some air, but night two is when it really opened up and became a very nice wine. Had nice earthy tone. It was still drinking fairly nicely on the 4th night when I finished the last half glass I had left in the bottle.
