Monday, April 29, 2019 - Very nice. We had with some fairly fatty lamb, and the acidity was perfect to break through that, so was an excellent pairing. Well balanced, with a nice finish, probably at peak drinking time. Notes of olive, plenty of fruit. Only downside was a significant amount of sediment, so strain on pouring.
