Thursday, April 18, 2019 - Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: Pre-Easter tasting (Private Location): A very young, lean reductive nose (high on the Sulfur, typical Prüm). Citrus, fresh white sliced pear and the typical slate notes. On the palate also very airy (more Spätlese than Auslese in style), elegant and precise but still so unbelievable young. Give it 15, better 20 more years.
