Tuesday, August 27, 2019 - 2 of 3 purchased on release. Brought this to a serious white burgundy lovers 40th birthday wine dinner. Served in a double blind lineup which included premier crus from Raveneau, Coche Dury, Leflaive, Latour, and Remoissenet from a wide range of vintages 1979-2014.

This bottle held up well against impressive competition. It had all of the luscious sweet yellow and tropical fruit I have come to expect from this le dit refreshed and balanced with the acidity and leaner nature of the 1989 vintage. This bottle reflected that balance particularly well and was just delicious
