Saturday, September 7, 2019 - PNP. cork wet almost to top but intact. color browning. nose dominated by five spice and some rhubarb and vague fruit. swishing shows persistent acid with some tannin bringing up the rear. there is also some alcohol in here that shines on the finish. really delicious tonight with duck legs. i think will drink remaining '07 cristom wines near term as they seem on the verge
