Friday, September 13, 2019 - wonderful and fast bubbles, light yellow in the glass. At the nose it shows some aromatic hints and light boulangerie. The palate is consistent with aromatic notes growing as the temperature of this blanc des noirs gets higher and some minerality appears. At 12° Celsius reaches its best.
