Saturday, September 21, 2019 - Took some time to open up, 1 hr.
Dried dark fruit, spice, leather, yet still drinks young. Meat on palate, but more spice. Rich, full bodied.
Not the most complex, but what it does it does well.
Paired well with my wife's best ever meatballs! (Half CSA tribal sausage and half dry aged ground beef.)
