Saturday, September 21, 2019 - Just fabulous, the wine fills your glass with palate staining fruits, rocks, stones, flowers, licorice, smoke and juicy, perfectly ripe, fresh cherries and plums. Full-bodied, pure, fresh and vibrant, the energy in the wine and purity in the silky, sensuous fruits is just great! This is gorgeous and if it is your style of wine, (I am sure you can tell it's mine) you should have this wine in your cellar.

9/28/2019 7:56:00 PM - Had this wine tonight and it was fantastic! Had this side by side with a 15 Prince of Hearts. Very much a wine I look forward to enjoy over the next 10 plus years.

3/6/2020 7:53:00 PM - Jeff, how would you describe this wine up against La Conseillante? Similar in style or no?

3/9/2020 8:30:00 AM - 2020, PM and LC are very different in style. PM is bigger, with more mineral character and a lusher character. LC is more elegant, brighter, floral and refined. Both are stunners. But quite different.

    3/9/2020 8:19:00 PM - Jeff,

Thank you for that great description. If they are both stunner I suppose one can’t go wrong. Your site favors the 16’, so I will grab a few of the PM for the future. It looks like a pretty good value for Bordeaux.

When would you say for drink dates? Wait 10 years? ... Thank you!

3/10/2020 8:24:00 AM - 2020, I am not sure if you read my site. If not, you should! You can find drink by dates and a lot more info. Waiting 10 years will be fine.
