Sunday, December 15, 2019 - 9 nov: Tapped for a Coravin sample, no aeration. Closed nose not giving away too much. Slightly bitter and maybe over the top. Not bad but I had expected a lot more of this one. Will revisit with proper treatment before scoring.
15 dec: Opened a month later and this just needed decant to develop. Initially old apples and a bit of oxidation. This seemed to blow away with 2h aeration revealing a lovely lean Burgundian wine. Fantastic development during that time.
