Tuesday, February 4, 2020 - Rousseau Dinner (WS New York): A solid wine. I am a fan of CDLR and I appreciate Rousseau's expression. As Cyrielle said, CDLR is more muscular. You can feel the weight and the point of view from the nose to the palette. It was a bit brash in this company but overall enjoyable. I think the vintage didn't do it any favors - in a warmer year with some time I think this would have been quite good.
