Monday, July 20, 2020 - Immediately upon opening it's Vosne spices - cumin seed, anise, cardamom. Didn't decant, and it took over 2 hours on a flower night to fully harmonize and blossom. Never was it less than delicious, but was best a few hours in, when the wine's amazing purity, detail, and focus really shone. If anything, I'd say this particular wine in this vintage is underrated. There's no excess anything, and it's truly powerful and truly graceful at once.
