Friday, July 24, 2020 - Light gold color. Split bottle over 3 hours plus. This has a wonderful crystalline nose, powdery Meyer lemon, bristling wet stones, and more subtle white flowers. The palate has great tension and lift, medium body, citrus, Meyer lemon, brine, limestone and lemon zest. Very long, 60 seconds plus, with a bold citrus infused, stony dry extract finish. Love this. Great paired with our mussels. This has got some legs too - no rush.
