Saturday, August 1, 2020 - Decanted over night. Medium ruby color. Raisin on the nose, touch of band aid.

Tasted same as smell--initial fruit followed by immediate punch of tannin and band aid.

Certainly expected more. 1.5L gift--if no improvements will opt for a different bottle to accompany dinner tomorrow.
