Thursday, August 6, 2020 - Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: Summer tasting (Asperg): Tasted blind. Pale golden, unfiltered color. Nose with some lactice notes. Very interesting palate: Earthy, skin fermentation, very deep and spicy, medium+, well integrated acidity. Some bitter notes and some funky medicinal notes. Cool. 13% abv. Good length. 87-88
Never would have guessed Italy. My first pecorino.
