Wednesday, October 21, 2020 - Very Fourrier on the nose, though darker than typical (not unexpected of the Combe au Moine), but the palate is extremely young despite hours in the decanter. The tannins are still prominent and the finish still feels almost partially integrated due to the tannins and the acidity not being entirely in harmony. It's a tasty wine, but drinking extremely young right now. To the back of the cellar this goes.
