Friday, October 23, 2020 - Light green-yellow, snowstorm of tiny bubbles
Lemon bread, dusty, hint of brioche
Bone stripping dry, high acidity, hints of lemon. Medium finish
Super aggressive bubble. Needs to be put down for 5+ years. Un-approachable for some.
