Wednesday, January 6, 2021 - With great balance and complexity, the wine keeps evolving over the course of a few hours. Initially it was pure cassis and rocks, but that eventually led into cherries, chocolate, anise, toasted nuts. Lovely acidity, well-integrated tannins, and good length. This is a more restrained style with forward fruit, but not bombastic by any means - highly enjoyable.
