Monday, February 1, 2021 - Pale ruby with definite clearing at the edges. Nose gives off candied cherry, strawberries, baking spice, earth, and a hint of animal. Very aromatic. Palate confirms nose. Well-structured with fine medium(-) tannins and high acidity. Food friendly. Slightly disappointing lack of complexity and length on the finish.
